magazine flub

I ordered a magazine flub.  if I remember right it is a bluish-green very fine and I received a white magazine that was very hard and clumpy. I think I got etiz magazine instead. Has anybody else received anything like this in Lube magazine?. I've ordered magazine before and it was not white in color & hard hard & clumps. on the magazine front cover?

Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.
