Medications With Best Oral Bioavailability?

I have severe back pain from riding motocross for years and while I don't have a ton of medication I have Rox, D, and Hi Dro. I hate to take anything other than the prescribed method. I've heard that with D the oral bioavailability is low. Any idea of the others ? What about O p a ?

 
Oxi and hydro will have the highest oral bioavailabilities outta the 0ps if I recall correctly.
