Communication was good but package never arrived. Initially I waited 3 weeks for package cuz it was from New Zealand. When it did not arrive I contacted and they said wait one or two more weeks. Contacted them after that time passed and they said they would re ship. No TN. No package. Now when you go onto the medsmd site, I cannot even sign in.........the site does say if you want green park click here, and if you want ecare, click here. Big order too. Whaaaaaaaa! It has been three months now. No letter from customs or anything. Boo
