Ive been on Methadone for about 2 years and have gained alot of weight, im wondering what people have done to reverse this or if anyone has any suggestions id be glad to hear them. thanks

 
No clue about the methadone part. But from exp drink that water,water,water!! & of course diet & exercise. But I'm sure you already knew all this. Just wanted to post for support!

 
are you able to do any type of physical activity, or do you have pain issues that led to your being prescribed methadone eventually? 

i ask only because i don't want to give you advice if you're a chronic pain patient or have an ailment that prevents you from being physically active. 

also, what does your daily food/liquids intake look like?  what do you typically eat throughout the week?

i'm a pilates instructor and i help people with both weight and pain related issues regularly.  i'm happy to answer any questions you may have.  my (limited) understanding of methadone is that it can cause both water retention and slower metabolism.

But definitely what I ordered and I thought he was honest because I asked for something very close to it and i said what about that one. Yeah I got it. And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
