Following many months of discussion and a bit of gentle persuasion, I’m extremely pleased to report that a long established and well respected private vendor that I’ve patronized for nearly 15 years, Midtown Medical Group, has agreed to join and serve our DBG family as our newest email vendor. It had hoped to bring Midtown to our community months ago, but for a variety of reasons, the timing simply wasn’t right in my view as well as theirs, given capacity limitations at the time, and given their commitment to maintaining their exceptional track record of high quality customer service and professionalism. Fortunately, everything began to fall into place a few weeks ago, culminating in today’s introduction.
I’d like to first offer a bit of background with regard to Midtown, who is admittedly not the typical vendor found in the industry. Founded in 1995, they serve a large customer base, primarily in music, entertainment and professional athletic circles. As a result, they place a high value on customer / patient relationships, as well as on professionalism and discretion. Having never offered their services in a venue of this type, it was incumbent on me to convince their owner that our community was decidedly different than others of its type, and to assure him that we could offer him the opportunity to expand his enterprise without sacrificing the levels of discretion, privacy and security that he and his existing customers have come to expect. After dozens of calls and email exchanges over the past months, as well as him observing our community as a guest, I was pleased to receive word from him that he was comfortable enough with what he had seen to join us. This is not a testament to my salesmanship, but rather, a reflection on the truly unique culture that you, the members of DBG, have all played a critical role in creating.
In any event, here are a few points to review and understand about Midtown so as to set the proper expectations from the beginning:
Heisenberg and I have made it a high priority to search for and screen potential domestic vendors for inclusion in our DBG family, and have admittedly set our standards rather high. Having witnessed HydreauxMan’s success here on the board, we feel that he has established an excellent standard by which domestic vendors should be evaluated, and I’m confident that our members will find Midtown’s levels of communication, professionalism and customer care to measure up quite well in comparison to those that we have come to enjoy with HydreauxMan.
At the present time, there are no plans for Midtown’s owner to participate in their thread here at DBG, although that is subject to change in the future. Their customer service team does an excellent job, and will take exceptional care of our DBG family, but should there ever be any questions about this vendor’s operating practices and procedures, please feel free to post them and I will do my best to either answer them directly or obtain the answer directly from the vendor.
As a final note, Midtown’s contact information can be found in the 2nd post below. Please note that due to their annual seasonal holiday break, Midtown is not shipping new orders until Monday, January 13th, although their customer service staff will be returning to work on Thursday, January 9th, so any contact emails and / or product list requests will be returned on that date.

- Midtown offers a fairly standard, diverse menu of products ranging from some of the more popular PK’s, to various benzos, stims as well as medicinal quality MJ. Should you contact them to request a product menu, one will be provided in PDF format, and is inclusive of available brands, manufacturers, etc.
- Given the makeup of their traditional clientele, you will find their pricing to be reflective of that demographic. In the interest of transparency and full disclosure, I have personally purchased my PK products from the SY network over the past few years, purely due to price considerations. However, given their inexpensive shipping options, I’ve found that when the traditionally higher priced SY shipping costs are factored out, Midtown’s PK pricing measures up rather competitively to that of the SY’s, albeit slightly higher, which is relatively common among domestic vendors.
- Aside from their PK and related HTF product offerings, I believe that you will find their medical MJ, benzos and other ancillary products to be priced competitively as compared to other domestic vendors in the market.
- Should you decide to patronize Midtown, I believe that you’ll find the entire customer experience to be second to none, including unmatched, first class packaging, a highly professional, responsive and engaging customer service team as well as exceptional communication.
- Speaking from my personal experiences with this vendor, I have always been more than satisfied with the premium quality of their offerings, and have felt that whatever premium I might have paid for a particular product was more than offset by their professionalism, as well as the drama and stress free experience.
- Midtown offers a variety of convenient payment options, including bank to bank ACH, direct to bank Western Union as well as several other options. I have also mentioned our community’s interest in Green Dot Money Pak as a payment method, and while not currently offered, they have indicated that they would give it further consideration as a possible future option, should their relationship with DBG prove successful.
