i understand this is meant to help detox the liver. has anyone experienced this? and does it really help or is it like the placebo p h en yl ep hri n e in sudafed (uk decongestant)?

I have used it for years gai, it does help protect and detoxify the liver, there is plenty of research out there about it. If you buy any, just makes sure it is a standardised extract, though most of the brands are anyway.

thanks ive seen some in hol and bar gonna give it a whirl tomorrow.

Yeah, 1 in morning and one in evening should suffice.

Only type avaiable was by a.vogel mt complex drops herbal tincture. Anyone used this one? Its drops put into water almost like la  ud e n u m from old westerns lol same colour an all.

Depends on what type of detoxification youre after?

If youre talking c17 alkylated damage then no. Look toward TUDCA and LIV 52.

Milk thistle verdict is very much out of the window in BB'ing circles for heavy oral induced damage reduction.

Milk Thistle works very well to help the liver. I've been taking it daily for the past 20 years or so.. I'm in good health but I like to take  various supplements just to remain in good health.  I know someone who was treated for a Hepatitis condition,  and took Milk Thistle upon the recommendation of his doctor, and he's all better now and still says the Milk Thistle helped his liver .

  6. Mom&PopShop @ Mom&PopShop: I'm trying to remember what the texture was like.. I know it came in a pouch like chewing tobacco. I remember it being cut up in strips like shredded chewing tobacco too, was that the case???

  12. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
