I can take 100mg with my coffee and it sort of brightens my day.  200mg turn me into an irritable asshole that gets pissed at the slightest distraction from what i happen to be doing.  It doesn't help me concentrate, just makes me mad at distractions which is a distraction in itself.  Not at all what i was expecting.   I do like to take my 100mg and a couple valium with coffee, that's a good combo.

Well i got an order of 100mg from ttm, gonna give them a try. I hope infrequent use still works as im not going to use daily

Please comment on how ur experience went with ur order from ttm. Thanks.

I think about a week of these is good if you have a few things that need getting done.  Any more than a week and I tend to need a week of rest to get over it and feel a bit rough for days.  No point upping the dosage as it just gives a rotten headache like too much coffee.

Overall, useful and good for concentrating on cleaning parts of the house/oven/car that you have not bothered about for a while.

100mg is good to start with. Have had generics mod uh left, mod vee Gil, and mod uh wake - the latter was the best for me, less irritability and more just "ready to start the day" with energy

So far I've tried 2 brands of moda--M0dn!te from Consern Pharm & M0d@lert from Sun Pharma--and I actually prefer the 1st, even though it's cheaper (or I should say was, since I can't find it now). I like it better because I think it has more of the S-M0d@finil. M0d@finil generally has a 50/50 mix of the s-M0d@finil & r-M0d@finil. The S is shorter term, it's what gives you an initial kick but wears off as the day goes, and the r is the longer lasting version. If you try W@klert or similar products you're getting 100% R-M0d@finil. But I want something that will give me a kick in the morning, let me work well for the 7 pr 8 hours & still let me get to sleep at night. So I'm looking for something with less R-Mod. I'm wondering what other brands out there might meet my needs in this respect. If there's someone selling a product that's all S-Mod that would be best. Any suggestions?

From prior reviews, it sounds like M0d@w@ke might do?

@Biteme - I realize your question was some time ago, but I'm hoping you got a chance to try the Wake type.  I didn't know about the S and R factor in modafeeenulll, but that explains why I mentioned in my post above that it was my favorite...it seems to work fast, and fast is all that I need - not sustained "all day" type of feeling....

That is one of the best noops out there you will really like it ! It keeps you awake and doesn't effect your blood pressure! I have not yet found a downside and been on it 9 months.

the MODALERT from sun pharma is the only type of modanifil I've tried.... the provigil (Modafinil) where I live is very expensive? Can anyone tell me if they have tried both?

I have ADHD but cant take ritalin and have bad side effects from adderall. Am I missing out by not taking the provigil?

I have only had Modalert and really want to order more. If you get the correct dose dialed in, it keeps you alert and focused without jitters. Too much and up all night.

Can anyone tell me if these are marked in any way?  I received a sealed printed foil package of 10 which looks like what I saw online in a google search but the actual tab is white round and unmarked, just want to be sure this is how it is supposed to be before I try it!

Hi I'd also love to hear from somebody who has tried the expensive provigil and cheaper modalert who can compare the two. I have only tried modalert, the cheaper one.

When i take it I feel great to begin with: more alert, in a better mood and up for working, basically everything its meant to do. But then after about 3 hours of productive work, I feel absolutely terrible: jittery and consumed with anxiety. Its got to the point that I can't take modifinil unless I know I have something to take that will calm me down afterwards. It's a pity because I really like initial effects. Im wondering if switching to the expensive provigil would mean a smoother ride. Thanks for sharing any experience u have
