Moneygram Troubles!

No, not with Moneygram at least and in an experience I had well over 2 years ago.

I sent a vendor (now long gone) about $250 using Moneygram and when nothing arrived just wrote it off and put it down to experience.

Much to my surprise, one year later, they sent me a letter advising the funds had not been collected in 12 months and I could take the letter to the post office and get it back.

On arrival at the post office they asked for the original sent receipt, and very luckily, after digging through the drawer I keep them in prior to receipt, I found it 😀

I used the funds to send to my vendor at that time, instead of taking back the cash - it was a nice surprise though I must say.

What WU policy is however I do not know, and Moneygram may have changed given that this was in 2016, as best as I can recall.

Consider yourself lucky it wouldn't send or you may very well find your funds were seized. With the current environment, I would avoid using MG and WU. Lot's of recent info here regarding that lately.

But definitely what I ordered and I thought he was honest because I asked for something very close to it and i said what about that one. Yeah I got it. And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
