Name doesn’t match

Sent large kind of donation to L@0 and they told him that the TN that we provide didn’t match the re-se&ver when p1k-up wuz attempted.   Never had this happen b_4.  

i verified that it does match I even chatted with Who You rep .    I don’t know how he wants me to fix what isn’t broke.    I think agent is wr@ng.  
 

problem is he shoved off the mahajz1nes before collecting and now I feel nervous a bit and also like he feels it’s my fault. 
 

all I can say is make sure he uses exact nay_me as it shows on re_seat they email 

anyone ever had to cancel and do over ?  It’s al I can think I can do ?

Yes I have had to. That’s the best thing to do at this point. Hopefully they won’t shut you down. Usually the receiver has picked up too many and there’s been a switch up but no communication.

Yes I’ve had that happen where I had to redo for the rec. because of that reason. L is telling me that they said the TN I gave him doesn’t match his rec name.  I went to W You twice today and chatted .  Both reps said all good and ready for grabbing up.  So dunno!   Weird part is I have the mags and I feel like a thief yuck

Cheers to you mags got out. Here we go again with a (albeit) terribly sad catastrophe and now Holiday …. My friend may have made a mistake.
