Anybody have any experience with any supplements which are effective testosterone boosters?

Especially if anyone has experience with Tribulis(sp?),  ZMA, or any others.

Thanks in advance

Zinc, magnesium, and vitamin d are your only standard options. DHEA will work if your over 35, get your hormones checked if your estradiol is high you can take small doses of letrozole to raise your test without using any steroids as well.

D-aspartic acid will definitely increase test and its availability, great for pct and during any cycle helps prevent shut down.

I have read many scientific reports on this subject and they all say it increases test but there are varying results on how much it effects muscle growth if that is what you are after .

Personally i found it to be fantastic with know roids and just d-aspartic protein and creatine  I beefed up in a relatively short period of time obviously have to put a bit more time in then a roids user for those gains.

PLUS THERES ALLWAYS JUICE B/I DNT REC.IT....! ~ SBB

Steak and eggs.

Tribulus and everything else on the supp market will raise your test as much as scratching your dick.

DHEA & pregnenolone will definitely work but it's best to get a saliva test first to see how much you have. I also take zinc. Selenium, mega dose magnesium. Hormones will go down in both sexes with use of opiates and men will become hypogandistic. I suffer with hypogonadism due to a pituitary problem and the DHEA is superb plus the pregnenolone can make you feel things that little bit more intensely. Not high but just more able to enjoy things. Much can be read at life extension.

I use optimised Folate and B complex for liver and overall health, energy. Zinc is a must for men and will help to avoid the onset of prostate problems.

For antibiotic and antiviral I use wild oil of oregano and have not had an infection in a long time. I take this every 2 weeks of each month.

Mega dose of magnesium will help, with depression and in heart rhythm problems and muscle pain. ME, fibromyalgia but I take mag malate as it doesn't make me run to the loo as many mag supplement do.

Isn't it important to balance zinc intake with copper too? The magnesium sounds interesting! I love this section. ?

Sorry,. Only just awoke after getting to sleep at 04:00.

Yes, you can take copper @PTFC but I do that within a mineral only tablet and it's 300% of RDA. The funny/tragic thing is that many of my ex services friends haven't really done well on civvy street. All of us become functioning alkies with the NAAFI being the place we all went and with heavily subsidised booze.

I started to supplement early and because I worked out hard and enjoyed any physical activity. Depression has never been far away and I started to research how to try and help myself. I've tried so many things that I really could write a book but magnesium and at at least 2-3times the recommended dose, has seen dramatic results. It took me awhile to find the right sort so that I was running to the loo but mag Malate was that for me plus malic acid has its own benefits so win/win.

If I had to pick just 4 to take then, depending on age it would be DHEA, magnesium, B complex (optimised) and folic acid ( optimised)

the true litmus test is I am alive but many of my service friends are not and many down to cirrhosis. I think we don't get the nutrients we need, not even with organic. I really am testament to how these things help.

Crohns, Wegeners granulomatosis etc, I've yet to even have one surgery where others have had many. I take what my specialist say seriously but I research the drugs and don't always blindly take them

we have all the information we need but most won't use it. My body is looking better since the addition of DHEA & I have seen my body change shape and the fat has lessened around my torso. I'd like to think I will get back to the gym but baby steps.

For sleep I use melatonin with GABA, valerian and hops. Works a treat but I only use it if I've been severely sleep deprived

  1. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  4. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  5. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  6. aBBazaBBa123 @ aBBazaBBa123: @rockychoc How do I contact you?
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….
  12. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
