Go see a doctor and they'll help to get you on a good taper regimen. There's the Ashton manual as well you could check out.

How are you doing now?

Has anyone experienced rebound anxiety/withdrawals after one days use of F@RM@PRAM @Lpr@zolam after one day of moderate - heavy use (6mg) the following day? Experiencing significant negative effects I have never experienced from this brand med. I have been taking all types B3nz0s for years and have never had an experience such as this after one day, after not taking b3nz0s for some time.

That’s not moderate - heavy my friend, that’s heavy -heavy. Rebound anxiety is a b but it’ll pass.
Not medical advice. See a doctor if you feel like you need to.

I answered this question. If I came off judgmental, I apologize, that wasn’t my intention.
But that many pages would be considered a lot and rebound anxiety will be an after effect unfortunately. I have done too much reading at times as well and the rebound blows.
Hope you’re feeling better

Ime clobro will do that to you

That does not answer my question. Thank you for your input.
If you have anxiety disorders than yes 100%. The rebound anxiety for these meds is awful. That’s what makes them so addicting. Basically in a nutshell your brain just got flooded with GABA and is now under regulating or down regulating its GABA production. After one day of use, you’ll be fine I can almost guarantee a lot of it’s in your head, dissent make it any more comfortable though. Cannot believe I’ve done this to myself again…

If you have any left, break them into small pieces and try your best to ween. If that ship has sailed, If I were you, I would contact my primary care doctor and ask for a valium taper. I would also ask for clonidine (not a controlled substance but helps withdrawal a ton!). I am not 100% on your history so the only safe thing I can advise is a doctor as benzo withdrawal is no joke.
I am currently considering switching from Suboxone to Methadone for pain issues and dreading the day before that I have to not take any Suboxone or benzo's. Also, I am in a similar boat as you and doing my best to ween and it's working. It wasn't a terrible habit but necessary for the season of my life. If you decide to do it on your own, look up some supplements, some actually help!

Why do you have to stop not take anything the day before?

Well the suboxone could make him very sick and put him in precipitated WD since it's a partial agonist, and I belive m3th@done is a full agonist. Probably wants to stop the b3nz0 because the clinic wants to make sure he's safe and tolerates the M3th@d0ne well. They'll eventually find out quick if they aren't scripted.

Good luck man! Hope the pain eases up.

Yeah I get the benzo part but it'll still be in his system regardless so stopping it 1 day prior wouldn't really make a difference, but what I was really referring to is taking methadone after Suboxone won't get you sick, taking Suboxone too soon after methadone will, but not the other way around.

  1. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Happy start of the work week!
  2. D @ drdrizzy13: Yeah it was definitely a hold. Can't blame the refs for calling it. But I've seen many sketchy calls in the past to help the spread or over/under lol.
  3. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Wonder how much money was impacted by that last touchdown and holding call back. The refs were flirting with the over/under payoffs… that flag either cost a lot people some money or won them a bunch. But I guess you can’t say it was a bad call, just a very impactful one.
  4. shoutback @ shoutback: Fucking A nfl season is over :( Those were by and far the best teams this season. That Elite D will just stifle mofos. And ya gotta give Darnold his flowers for taking care of the football. That was professional.
  5. M @ meepmoopmeep: Too bad that football season is over now
