This has recently been banned in china so it will be very hard to find legit N3P unless you look to european vendors (and even then difficult).  A few threads below yours you will find another thread about NEP that you can read through.....

My vendor offered me a discount to spread the word for his final sale of the last of his stock. He has NEP, but only has a relatively small amount left from the days of yore.

My vendor offered me a discount to spread the word for his final sale of the last of his stock. He has NEP, but only has a relatively small amount left from the days of yore.

So I got scammed I think $800 by your vendor that is trying to “be done with online business”. I mean I was the one who took the email of your post and after I paid 12 days ago I got last reply on Sunday that he will ship and that’s it. I hope it is a mistake and he can send it, but I know how that works....
