New Bitcoin issue

Now this is one for the books. What a rookie mistake. So I order from Rxdirect (Apollo) and when it list several options I of course pick Bitcoin over giving up bank info. So after I already paid Bitcoin ( i always send all funds cause the market so vial ) I find out I OVERPAID by 7$ and then off to the right I see A Note to send EXACT FUNDS or it’ll be kicked back . I thought that was CC. If I overpay and choose for them to keep whatever is remaining there’s gotta be a fast track cause they have my funds, my order just had to be pushed through if possible.. I’ve waited up to 2 weeks for funds back to my external wallet… Ughhhh help @Apollo
