New Record for LL

I recently got an LL for an RC item that was shipped 2 1/2 years ago!!  It says it was actually seized a few weeks ago, so I am assuming it was just lost in a certain midwest ISC for the last 29+ months.  Crazy!  My old record was getting an LL 10 months after getting the dreaded "inbound into customs" update.  The recent one wasn't tracked so I'd just assumed it got seized before making it to this country or just got lost somewhere along the way. 

 
That is insane. It reminds me of my pack that ended up in China last year.

Something has definitely changed with inbound processing; I'm on day 26 of waiting for blotter from CC. I've never had to wait longer than 18 days for blotter before, and it averages 12. I've never had it seized from CC, either, but this one just doesn't feel right.
