Nice to meet ya’ll. I’m a Cannuck that likes to lift some heavy weights, pretty much my only hobby.
Best lifts in comp are:
Squat: 530lb
Bench: 314lb
Deadlift: 512lb
Done 100kg raw class WRPF

Hope everyone has a fantastic day, stay safe and hopefully I’ll get to meet some cool guys and gals.

Nice total. Glad to have you. Haven’t done a meet in a year, but my bests in comp are 440 squat, 260 bench and 480 dead at 164lbs raw with wraps.

Welcome. I can lift tacos into my mouth. My best is 8 tacos.

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
