I recently.had.the major.operation to insall a pain pump. the problem is that soesnt work nearly.as well.first my pain as pills did..id taken dilaudid 4mg 3 x.per day . But because im.at a loss on oprion ...pleaae can anhone.help!!

 
I am not sure i follow... What do you need help with? try looking in the mex section if it is pks you are after.

What xegh said. Also, what does Tahoe have to do with anything? Are you saying you just moved there? Or referencing certain individuals of the law enforcement profession? I am sorry that you're in pain and hope you feel better soon.

 
Nice to meet you Honeybee ,I can somewhat recite your question and if it is Pain Pills you are seeking go with Xeghs advice.I hope you find what you are seeking.It is all here I suggest Read and Read then you will find what you need .Just don't go with any Vendor,make sure they have a good Rep.Theres a few in the Mexy Section .
