Noid use by people avoiding drug tests or in non recreational states have become a serious burden on first responders and if anything an argument for full scale cannabis legalization.

The spiking of cbd products with noids is ethically wrong, if people knew hey were buying noids it would be different 

 
Seeing as cbd doesnt get you high and there is no profit in your customer base dropping dead, i would say this in not intentional, probably a result of cross contamination. China produces most of these shitty carts and they also produce noids, some probably in the same facility.

If you actually read the article they were not putting any cbd in the carts, instead they were putting noids in and selling as cbd in retail locations in non recreational states. Certainly the implication is that some buyers may have discovered that the carts packed a punch and sought them out as does the yolo marketing not mesh well with typical CBD, so it may have been a bit of a wink wink thing.

Look I am all for people putting what they want in their body but I think unlabeled products are a problem
