Hi y'all. So I made a pretty sizable ODSMT order and the vendor included a free 1G of nortilidine to boot. I'm a little wary of new opioids given the many potential side-effects (or just plain dangerous regular effects) but of the few reviews I've seen online, it's about equally split between generally positive reviews and sort of "disappointed" reviews, which I've found can vary dramatically depending on tolerance/expectation/etc. I'm not sure whether the negatives are from folks with a way higher tolerance (like those messing with zines, which are way out of my paygrade) or if it's truly very mild. Anyone have any familiarity and would like to share? Especially regarding dosing, since safety comes first! Thanks in advance, folks.

Have you happened to try it yourself yet? Been trying to find out things myself and it's frustrating how little there is about it.

nortilidine is the metabolite of tilidine (liver first pass effect), the opioid tilidine is well tested and prescriped since decades in europe, pretty safe i would say if you have "pure" nortilidine.

tilidine itself is an low-range opioid (0.3x morphine potency, bit stronger than tramadol). for some time now nortilidine appeared on the rc scene and i have come across it, here are the facts:

- it ranges roughly 0.8-1.0x potency of morphine
- effects of a full agonist
- kind of short lived ~2-4hrs max.
- route of administration: oral (tested); not tested, but should work: rectal, iv, snorting
