Not Sure Why I Still Feel The Need For X@nz If I Took Klonopin

today i took 1 banakin in the morning at 7am, and around 11am took .5mg xanZ, felt good all day no craving for X@nz, i notice my surfing is so much smoother and patient and my breathing is more calmer than on x@nz when i am in the water paddling and catching waves, and whatout...

Just a little hyperbole! Also if you go much further to mid to northern Scotland the beaches are actually beautiful and isolated.

Right - that's not quite fair. I know all about sanitary protection etc floating in the water, nearest beach to me atm is Skankness, and my middle child brought me a "jellyfish" from the shallows - didn't go back but if anyone's considering it please add me on fb to view an album of the same name - pm me - it's a v good album really sums the place up in pics, so you can save you're cash for a trip to somewhere less foul... Which there are LOADS of!!! 90% is not accurate PTFC.. I've also got fb albums of cornwall beaches and people were asking what country they were taken in. Seriously if you avoid high season and the fat birds in bikinis, some parts of the South are lovely.

We've got national trust membership which says "England has some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world" and why would they lie? (!)

@PTFC where do you live... Peterborough?? We are looking at houses there and don't know it.. Would love advice

@phrenicz - do you have a Manc accent? Like off Corrie? Do you say duck? Or lass?

IDK but i end up taking both several days a week. 1mg kpin 3x daily but some times i take like 2mg a xanax at some point throuthout the day to nip that sudden anxiety in the bud.

 
Congrats on getting off the X@n. FOr me after taking it for a year, I found it very hard and taking a couple months of taper to not have that craving or crawling out of my skin feeling. For Me 2 cents right now Clon@z is probaly a poor choice to go to unless you plan on using it just to get off X@n (1-3 weeks) and then stopping that as well. I have heard Clon@z withdraw is even worse, and I can't imagine anything worse then when I tapered of X@n. I wish I had died instead during that time frame. Now I am glad I am done with it.

what did you use w/d from x@nax and than klonpin, i plan on doing 10days on kplon 10-15days off than back on for 10days while slowly tappering off x@nz

so i was on it for 10 days than taking a break, so hopefully this intbetween break isn't hardcore 

 
Clonazepam has a different "kick" to strong, fast acting benzos. It's more mild, subtle, lasts longer but for a lot of people doesn't "feel" like a benzo compared to alprazolam or even diazepam. 

 
i am doing 20days on clonotril and 20days off to avoid addiciton/tolerance to it since i am already hooked on x@nz for the past 8yrs  and reducing my x@nz dose, i am 3days off clonotril and 1mg x@nz ed , that means for 23days i been 1mg x@nz as opposed to 3mg-4mg a day and 2mg clonotril, but now will wait 17days off to start klon and kick drop it to .5mg and repeat til i figure wtf im doing lol 

 
Kpins will never be a suitable substitute for alp if alp is what your body is used to. I always compare it to eating Spam when you're hungry for steak. You can live, but never totally chill. Plus banakins really aren't that strong. They are neat and good conversation pieces, but not that strong.

Of course mg s all need to be adjusted and everyone is different. Oh and how could I forget the onset times!

Xans onset is much faster than pins even if pins may last longer. Same with lpam. Comes on quick but leaves quicker.

Anyway I suffer from major panic attacks so I feel your pain  (and panic..lol)
