Your sample was free and was detained during strict inspection period by US Customs, I apologize.
But we will not be resending it free of charge.
If there are any customs issues with the paid samples, we can resend them.

eh don't worry about it. I don't even think you sent it in the first place. You also told me you would ship it again when customs lets up. But went back on your word.

Please don't slander us, dear friend.
If we were to falsely ship goods, we couldn't have survived on this forum for so many years.
Let's recap the events:
During our 'new benzos' promotion period in August this year, We selected the first three people to leave messages on the forum to participate in the free trial,we sent out three free samples.
However, after that, Encountered strict inspections by US customs, so two of the packages sent to the US were not received at the end.
Many peoples should knows that US targets China,Strict inspections are conducted irregularly every year.
By then, another US customer also hadn't received his free samples.
I clearly replied on the forum at that time.

Because you repeatedly said that your samples were stopped by customs, which let visitors has not good impact us, I'm saying ‘look forward US shipping return normal soon’ this for every visitors to the forum.
You may have misunderstood and thought that free samples would be sent to you again once shipping resumes.
That's just a misunderstanding on your part. Since it's all public information, I wouldn't give different messages to two people in the same situation.

To reiterate, if Paid packages, we can negotiate compensation in any case of customs issues.

I did not slander you. I apologize if you think that. I just figured since U.S. shipping opened up you would send the sample again. I guess I'm thinking of how I would handle it. I didn't misunderstand I'm going by the emails that we sent back and forth but oh well don't worry about it. I'm not interested in your magazines anymore. Peace out.

Whether there was defamation or misunderstanding, the other bystanders are all discerning; let them judge.
I never promised you reship free samples in our emails,
If you think have, please provide evidence.
Your samples are free from the start,we didn't owe you anything by sending free sample,my friend,
If you had spoken politely, we can considered sending it again, But your distortion of the facts review means we can only say goodbye.
