Morning community. I’m currently testing nuv1gil and have been reading various studies on effectiveness and from what I can tell, there is a broad spectrum between the likes and dislikes, etc.

My experience, thus far, is similar. I began last week, 15o milly in the AM, felt wonderful all day. Did this for 3 days, same great feeling. Then the weekend, I stopped. Keep in mind I’m an everyday fl0wer enthusiast as well and all last week I was waiting for my fl0wers to arrive, which they did Friday.

So I was playing in the garden all weekend. Come Monday morning, 15o of nuv1gil, 4 hrs later, still wanted to sleep, felt hungover in a sense. Went up to 37five milly. Still zero effect. The day was difficult.

Would love to hear others experiences/best practices with this. It’s difficult to get concrete info about these out there on the line :)

Thank you community!

I need to learn the difference between nuvigil, provigil, and modalert. I have only tried the last one and it seemed pretty effective as long as you get the proper dose. Too much and I was watching the sun rise.

Do you know what the difference is @Jstew318 ? Or is there any?

Morning @2earls...nuvigil is an enhanced version of provigil. They’re both used as wakefulness agents and help treat shift work sleep disorders and narcolepsy. Studies are showing some effectiveness in the treatment of ADHD too. It’s extremely popular amongst the cats in the tech world.

I dug deeper after my nuvigil experience and found many people that have had the same experience as me. There is no known reason as to why they work on some and not others. Actually, it really isn’t understood, as I’ve read, how it works in general.

I’ve never tried modalert. I’ll have to research that one. I need a few alternatives to keep that t0larance monkey in check. Ritz seem to be the only thing I’ve found that work and can keep me moving at 150 mph for 15 hours a day.

Here is a very good article on nuvigil vs provigil.
