I would like to just suggest a good diet which of course is essential to all of us....MEN < WOMAN and especially growing Teenagers. I find that when I like to FEEL REALLY GOOD & TONS of EMPATHY and YOU KNOW I DO 
I like to make sure healthy balanced diet off good , T-BONE Steaks, Pork Chops and and some brain food vitamins such as Tyrosine amino acid or Phenylalanine amino acids as well as some Yogurt and if you can still find it --Old school Twin Labs Amino Fuel. tasted like orange syrup I like to FUEL THE FIRE as I call it keep even more Fuel going with something I used to in body building days. Huge glass of Protein Milk Shake like ,my favorite Gainers Fuel...because it really helps my Energy and well gonna need that Jet fuel when afterburners kick in? Now I can attest to this all for over 35 years...Hey that's when Body Bodybuilding really took off too in 1980s and 1990s>>? ( He was all natural-----NOT LOL)---now that's another part of Drug Guide conversation. But It's very good to drink good sports drink too --my favorite is Monster but everyone has their taste. But this little diet seems to make Party nights at Festivals and Clubs very enjoyable and probably very healthy choice too. Perhaps nice salad is good thing too filled with other types of nutrients? But please let me know your experiences and suggestions ; thank you for reading fellow subscribers& I hope this is extremely helpful Ravers and Festival goers all over.
