Opsec with Chrome OS

I know Chrome isnt the best OS to have but right now its all I can afford (laptop for 200) and honestly it gets the job done. 

My only thing is I would like to maximize any opsec that I can , I have vpn already set up. Was wondering if anyone knew how to access TOR thru chrome?

Ive done about two days of research this weekend while I had the time but wasnt really able to find a solution. Ive seen some ppl have went thru T@ils with usb? 

Sorry guys Im just super hard headed and on a mission to crack this puzzle lol
