So I've always received pretty good quality blue tic tacs and opee 80 from one of the good mex vendors here.

However, I would like to try to get away from that, at least the blue tic tacs (30), and buy something different.  I know there have been TONS of quality issues with hy droo, so I've stayed away from that.  I did, however try a few last order and got the 176.  I have to say I thought they were okay at first, but was soon disappointed.

Does anyone else here have experience going from o xc ee to hy dro?  The tic tacs are always very short lived, although usually very good.  I take breaks to deal with tolerance, but maybe I've just built up too much tolerance over time.  If I take a long break, will I be happy with the hy dro alone?  Maybe have less tolerance issues??

1) Anyway, I'm just looking for some guidance from some you with more experience than I.  I will probably continue to supplement with the o p 80, because to be honest, I think I prefer the ER quality.  But what brand should I insist on with the hy dro?

2) I've heard very good reports about dilly bars.  That is something I have never tried, but I'm not sure I understand the slang.  Is that pill form?  Can anyone tell me more about it, especial as it compares to o x c ee?

Thanks,
Steve

when i take a break from my rock climbing days, i meet up with my friend C0ntin,  She takes longer to feel her but she also works longer and then the other as well...so hen i need a break its a good choice...i can even say 20 yrs is just as good as 30 yrs on rock climbing...

i hope you get this...if not ill pm u if needed..lmao

I was wondering how the rock climbing gear compares to he dilly dogs.Does anybody know which is more effective? Is it a matter of opinion and taste or is one unquestionably stronger than the other? if anyone knows please let me know. Thank you!

Dilly dogs (really lol) have a shorter half-life than rock climbing gear (too much haha!)

how about rock climbing gear compared to lady victorias? is one 30  Rock climber about the same as 3 10 rated victorias? or is is it all relatively similar?

Hi, I was just posting a good review on one of the IOPs. I came across a post from a looooooooong time ago, and it raised a question in my mind if I am taking the best thing for severe 24/7 chronic nerve pain. I am currently taking Tu$$ionx bc I stumbled upon it a few years back when I had whooping cough. The Tu$$y was the only thing that worked for the cough, and it also knocked out the chronic nerve pain, which was a nice discovery.

Since then tolerance and other vitamins have changed, but the best thing I've found is still the Tu$$y syrup. Anything with tylen0L makes the nerve pain worse, so many normal pain options are out for me. At this time, I take 15 ml (30 mg) Tu$$y syrup in the morning (it keeps me awake, not the reverse), and then I add one 15 mg hydr0 from an IOP (TTM) mid-day, and another 15 mg at night. I haven't found a simple vitamin like the one TTM sells here in the U.S. The Tus$$y is extended release, and this is hugely important to me, but rather than increasing Tus$$y dose, I am able to supplement with those 2 extra non-ER vitamins.

Here's the post that I ran across:

"How often must I post that HYDROOCOODONE is not a painkiller as such, but an antitussive which needs synergistic addition of a med like ibuprofen or paracetamol in order to make it into a mild opioid analgesic? This med is used for analgesia in the US only, everywhere else it's indicated for dry painful cough and does NOT contain the paracetamol etc usual over the pond. It is not exactly a strong opioid and probably the most overpriced.

I have a friend who thinks the M367 tablet is better for her pain than dihydro, but I for one wouldn't like to regularly take the amount of paracetamol necessary for a decent dose. I will be sticking to oxy for real pain and dihydrocodeine for mild pain, keeping hydr0 pure and to treat intractable cough as intended."
My experience is much different (I think) than the person who posted this. The Tu$$y is a combination of hydr0 and an anti-histamine--I don't need to add meds for it to work. There's a big disclaimer about TTM hydr0, (whether it's truly hydr0 or not) so I don't know if I'm actually taking hydr0 or just simple c0deen? In the past I've never been able to take c0deen w/o getting super-sick for 24 hours. But that may not be true now. One benefit to Tu$$y is that as long as I've been on it, I've never addict3d to it. I can start/stop with no problem.

Tu$$y hard to get. I do now have doc friend who will prescribe, but if there's something better that I could be getting via prescription, I'd prefer to do that. I prefer the above-board route when possible. People (pharmacies) look at you funny when taking Tu$$y all the time... I've never tried straight Oxy, only perkoc3t. (Is that what PK is?) Big problem bc of tylenol.  Bottom line question: do you guys have any other recommendations for pain. Like just plain c0deen vitamins or anything else similar in pain-killing ability to what I'm taking now? I've looked into getting plain hydr0 pills here, but can only find one new med that doesn't have tylenol in it, and it's like $500 a bottle. It must be lined with gold. Anything that is more widely available or more acceptable? Please feel free to PM me. I honestly don't understand most of the lingo yet, and don't understand most of what you have written. If you post a reply here, I'll likely PM you to ask for explanation!

Important things: ER, least addictiv3, and good to be used for severe chronic pain every single day. (in addition to the hydro, I also take bennies to control the nerve pain)

Thank you a million times over! And I hope this question makes sense!!

  1. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.

  4. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  5. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  6. aBBazaBBa123 @ aBBazaBBa123: @rockychoc How do I contact you?
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….

  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
