I thought I'd post my review of this med here instead of the vendor forum so as not to create clutter there with a long post.

Originally I ordered this med to see how it would work on my chronic migraines. I didn't like having to use my allotted perksies days strictly for my migraines (horrible I know.....) But specifically I wanted some for pain that was
A. Stronger than the usual OTC pain relievers like Ibuprofen or Tylenol.
B. Wouldn't raise my perksie tolerance.
C. Able to be taken during daytime/work/errands ect.

In my research stage this med seemed to fit the bill. However I've just tested it out so to speak and it feels like v1c0d1n to me. There is a distinct "buzz" feeling I was not expecting. The nose itch kicks in first (so familiar side effect) then the soft relaxed feeling, then the more energetic euphoria. It's different then the usual pea kays in that I felt nothing at all for a little over an hour. Then a little. Then the buzz keeps getting stronger until now I feel like I just took two v1c0din 10mgs.

I took 100mgs which sounds like alot but isn't. That's the absolutely normal DR prescribed dosing amount.

Not what I was looking for but pleasantly surprised. For the cost it's not a bad little go.

Keep in mind, though, that my reaction to it seems to be in top 15% or so that even get euphoria. Research this med thoroughly before deciding if it's a good choice. 0pi@te users some times get thrown into w/ds due to the partial antagonist properties. My normal 0pi@te consumption I'd label as "moderate" with around 120 mgs of perksies a month. Knowing this I haven't used 0pi@tes of any kind in 9 days prior to trying the p3nt@z0cine.

My experience has been very positive so far though its not turning out to be the pain relief without buzz I was expecting.

Sounds like fun, tho! You think maybe your getting so much euphoria because you haven't taken any opi-s for 9 days and your systems been craving some? It sounds like that although you're not a heavy user, you are a pretty regular one, and 9 days out your receptors might've seen that stuff like water in the desert, even if it's only a partial agonist.

Just a theory. Dunno. Kinda scared to try that myself because of potential precipitated wd. But appreciate the review! I'm guessing this was SL brand?

My 0pi@te use isn't daily. Nine days without is nothing to me. My usual pattern is seven days in a row on and zero the other days of the month. That being said my use the last two months has been different. Seven days of use spread out on migraine days instead of clustered together and denied any recreational use altogether so as not to mess up my carefully controlled (yes, neurotic) days off/on method.
That was alot of words to say no, I don't think the nine day lull would've had any specific impact.

Haha. That WAS a lot of words to say no. But okay. I was just musing. I'm glad the stuff makes you feel nice, though.

Thought I'd add:

They were really slow to kick in and the v1c0din feeling effect was pretty short lived. Maybe 15 mins of very light buzz, followed by half hour strong (Ish, less than ox seas around V1c's level), then began to fade. Another 15 really light buzz then it was gone.

Redosed 75mgs to see the effects of that.

Redose is keeping the migraine down but after the initial burst of euphoria when I was feeling no pain it's back but dulled down.

It's not going to give any of the full agonists a contest but it's definitely an improvement over the OTC method with a subtle but nice little bonus in the middle.

Does anyone else get those dreaming but barely sleeping sort of feelings with pea kays? Personally I love that phenomenon, perception, sensation or whatever it is. Maybe its just me. I've never talked about it to anyone.

Anyways....these do that great. A match for my usual meds in this category.

How would you compare this to run-of-the-mill cod3in3 or dee h see?

How would you compare this to run-of-the-mill cod3in3 or dee h see?
I've never had dee h see. I've had c0d3in3 products like T3 or cough syrup w/ c0d3in3 and its stronger than those. It was more comprable to a v1c0din to me, except with slower rate of 'feeling it' and it shorter duration.

I described it as p3rc0cet's red headed step sister to someone. Weaker, slower acting, shorter duration but all the same feelings.

And another thing different than my favorites is that MORE ISN'T BETTER. At least not for my chemistry with it. More frequent dosing makes it last longer but taking more at once in one handful started to feel unpleasant. Irritability and I guess what they call dysphoria. Just a bad buzz. So I wouldn't start with alot, just redose frequently if you want to stay in the happy place.
My sweet spot is
100mg first dose
50mg redose 2 hours in
100 mg redose two hours later.

That's just me though. This, of course, is not medical advice.

Great info. Thanks! I think I may give it a try, sounds right up my alley. I'm not on any opiates on a reg basis so I'm not worried about the antagonist issue. Just need something stronger than cod for occasional moderate/strong pain. I've been taking tram but the snri effects kind of bug me and make me feel too jumpy/amped up.

Tried these at a lower dose for my migraines. So far working great to keep the pain dulled enough I can do all the things I need to get done. The lower dosing (50 mg instead of 100) seems the right amount for the pain without being all drugged out for daytime. Working amazingly well. Only problem is the frequent redosing.

Hmmmm I can't seem to locate this information googling. I know you have to wait for 0pi@tes to clear your system before taking this but is the opposite true? If I wanted to take some ox seas would I have to wait any particular amount of time for the p3nt@z0cine to clear my system?

  8. Hankhill @ Hankhill: ravens used to be my favorite team and I still love em, but since I smoved havent watched a game since the superbowl 2013. Ray lewis was a goat fr in my opinion
  9. M @ MCAJB6122: Sorry tiquan I know that must've been frustrating for you but I personally really enjoyed the game 😊
  10. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: @Layne_Cobain Honestly it is one of the worst ravens game I've watched since Lamar started in 2018, taking over for Flacco. Everything that could go wrong on offense did. We were moving the ball, but turning it over on flukey plays.
  11. L @ Layne_Cobain: @tiquanunderwood couldnt believe that bro I knew they’d be better with burrow back but you guys just kept shooting yourselves in the foot 5 turnovers 😬 but you still very alive after that win streak
