yes its time to find a back up...there is a reason there in the black list section.  this place was good while it lasted. poor customer service and shady practices.  well you should try a cc charge back if u haven't received LL .  if you did and send them a copy still no guarantees you will receive a damn thing  . /default_dry.png .....and $50 for shipping?  they have lost there mind!

Yep, a really good reason for them being in the BL... but it matters about FB's card and the status his charge is in on his card as to whether he can even initiate a CB yet... Also, they have changed up shipping drastically and for good reason.  They had a clock work pattern forever, and that got blown out of the water... that's why the erratic shipping now.  As far as the cost, you are 100% correct that the price they are currently charging to ship is insane, especially considering the length of time it takes to receive your package.  Ship price will come down again... orders drop off like crazy when they go to that ship price point.  In another week or two, expect it to be back down to that price point people have gotten used to.  Also, just FYI, they don't guarantee a reship in the event you receive a LL....

Realize it might sound like I'm "shilling" for them. Rest assured, I am not.  They have some totally shit meds, a complete lack of and history of really crappy customer service of any kind and the above mentioned fluctuations are maddening.  But, they have a few top quality products at prices no one else can touch even with the orphan donations, ISV's etc.  If you know what to order and have the patience to wait for the right time to order, this source is still reasonably reliable.  If you deviate from any of that, expect shit meds (if any at all) and to get fried on the ship price.  Just my opinion as I have well over 100 successful orders with them and only will source 3-4 products on a regular basis, and 1 maybe 2 more on an occasional basis.  Take it for what it's worth.  S-

 
Hey, MM.  Hope you have been doing well.  That is a great point and most assuredly a fantastic and viable alternative for many. For me, as they are BL, it's the ease of being able to use a CC and the comfort of knowing if I do get f'd over and not receive an order that they do not reship, I am able to exercise the charge back.  Other than that, your suggestion makes a whole lot of sense for most people in the BZ arena that use Palm.

 
yea well not only that but his ship time ends up being the same, better prices/product, no guessing etc etc. I know you know the deal S but seeing people say they need a back up makes me LOL

Edit: also no ship fee or donations

I know because there is such a lack of back ups, especially when it comes to BZ's   /default_tongue.png

Quick update and reply...I just checked my c.c. and you know how I ordered 1/21, well I wasn't fully charged until 1/31 ! So I take back what I said about writing them off just yet.  I'll give palm about a week more time :0)

I have been ordering succesfully from Palmira from years.  Always getting good meds very quickly.

But I just got my first ever love letter from U.S. customs about an order I placed in late November.  Does Palmira do a reshipment when an order is seized?  Do they offer a discount if you order agan(and proved the lettter)??

If anyone knows please let me know.

They do not have a re-ship policy.  But if you email a scanned copy of the LL to the .es address along with a very polite request for a reship, due to you being such a long term customer, they might do it.  They won't reply to your email but they might reship.  I had one last year and that's what I did... no reply but 2 days...yep 2 days later, there was my reship.  Flip side, someone else here did what I did and I do believe they never rec'd a reship.  Nothing to lose by asking nicely though IMHO.  S-

Thanks.  I have never had a reason to email them.  Could you pm me an email address.  I even used the element inspector on the "contact us page" and was able to extract two email address associated with their contact form.  I email to both and got a failure to deliver email message back.
