You need to call in your card as stolen. Something is going on between Palm and Customs. A clusterfuck of weirdness.  

Get a replacement card, and don't order from these guys again. Sorry if I am coming across as hardcore, Palm has been my go-to for years, But all I am seeing reported on here and other boards, are miserable experiences. Many similar to your experience unable to have a successful bank card transaction (red flag). And even if that is successful, more often than not, the odds of your shipment from Palm successfully getting through any given POE, or internal US hub(s), are practically nil. There have been rare exceptions, but very rare.

Something is up. We don't know what, but the general take is to stay away from Palm. Mine is to avoid any IOPs period, for the foreseeable. I don't remember a customs crackdown like this even when 9/11 went down. Why now? Who knows, but again I urge you to find a non IOP source, and I never thought I would be giving that advice ever.

Good morning.  OMG, how the world turns.  OK, so after I rec'd the LL, I scanned a copy and sent it to Maria that if they did not refund my card or try a proven reship by 09/17, I would initiate a charge back as I did not receive my goods.  I received no response to that email (such a surprise).  Well, at 1022 this morning, I rec'd a new package from them.  It appears to contain what I ordered although I have not confirmed yet, but they look right.  Not sure on count yet either.  One noticeable difference was the addressing was laser printed, not hand printed..... No black Tahoe's in the parking lot and the packaging has already been shredded.  WTF?  But noting sail4ever's post I am going to now check my cc to see if there was any additional activity.  If so, big problem... if not.  Well, happy they responded without responding but still not enough to make me order from here again.  Will advise on count / quality / cc in a bit.  Have a good one.  S-

PS... count's right but this time 7 partially broken tabs (NBD).  They are UPJO 55's.  Quality... will let you know in about 45 minutes.  S-

I think it was because I attached a copy of the LL.  Otherwise, I think I would have heard nothing and would have started my charge back already. 

Also, product is legit.... same strength  as last order rec'd.

Good afternoon, H.  Yes I know... fastest delivery I have EVER rec'd from them. Wrote Monday rec'd today.  G21 with the GCI upper locked and loaded in case when I get to the parking lot there are folks with ear pieces in and shades on, lol.  But was delivered by my regular guy for this particular location and he showed no sign of anything being up at all.... I was beyond surprised. 

Just when you think  you're out.... they suck you back in.....

Actually no, I ordered the .5 UPJO 55's 150 of them.  I just think the "powers that be" put the wrong product in the LL.  I have enough diaz to last a very long time no reason to order it.  pretty little vac bags of a 100 each that stand rather tall on their shelf in the safe.

Just as an FYI.... because I really lucked out here in no way means that I believe anyone should order anything from them at this time.  There is way too much going on and too many people not receiving and reports of multiple charges to cards (which while those usually fall off).... even still.  I am not adverse to a certain risk tolerance, but at this time, Palm is exceeding mine.  Just my nickel on it.  Big time "order at own risk" and expect to lose your money, get an LL and have to fight for a charge back..... maybe it will calm down in a few weeks or months... but immediate future, I am for sure out of this one.

Got a good look at the LL this morning.  I have not rec'd one in a very long time so IDK If they changed the format or if it's a "special" one.  9 pages long, doesn't declare that you have no recourse; tries to get you to choose from 5-6 different options, discusses it going to court for fines / levies and also gives you the website where they publish all of the seizures / pending forfeitures for six months.  Ugh.  Last time I rec'd one (again... been a while) it was a page telling you that you could contest but without a registration number with Drunk Every Day, you had no recourse anyhow.  Enough to make me say adios to Palm regardless.  Happy Monday everyone!  S-
