I wouldn't worry.  My last one which was very recent took 9 days.  I think since they took that big hit with See Bee Pee a little while back, they have had to change up and hold off maybe on when they send shipments, perhaps based on just trying something different or maybe getting a whisper in their ear when to ship a set.  I have had 1 order take 14 days or so and a couple others did get into the low double digits (more than 100 orders placed though).  I would maybe start to be a little concerned when / if you get to a double digit wait time.  Just a nickel.  S-

I found palm to be really sketchy not sending orders. Not having ANY communication. Not to mention they go on these relentless Western Union Campaigns then scam people.

Still waiting on a 10/5/13 order. They did not send a tracking number this order or last one. Kind of a struggle with multiple double billings however, products are legit 85% of the time. Can't have too high expectations from an IOP so...

 I wouldn't even consider Palm an IOP... Thats why they are in the black list. 

 last year around this time. They sold real medicine and it would be at your door within 2-3 days.. Then the western union scam... NOW EVERYTHING ELSE...

      Yall are really brave to still order from palm!

Specially when there seem to be better IOP's that are not blacklisted
