I did to bluesman, but wasn't really sure if I should mention that I'm currently on a Pain Management Contract  so I left it out. Guess there is nothing more to do other than wait for a reply, Good luck and thank you once again Jewy.

I did about the same thing and just told them of my back pain, how it affects me, and how I use my currently obtained medication and how it helps.

I did not include any details of past treatments.

I too was graciously given the go and was sent a menu. I'm very pleased with the options. Yes it may take some time for arrival but I'm elated to have this option. Good things come to those who wait!
