Paxful PayPal issues

I know it’s not the best way, but I’ve always bought bitcoin on Paxful with PayPal. I tried last night and it said the transfer would take a week, despite being a PayPal balance to PayPal balance. 

Am I just computer naive? Has PayPal updates their platform to counter business transactions? They’ve never been friendly towards this kind of transaction.
