Yes there is a constitution in the US and everyone on US soil is entitled to due process. That doesn’t mean you can’t be arrested and detained… you just get your day in court. If you overstay a visa and are arrested, that isn’t breaking due process. I’m not sure what you’re getting at.

Honestly, tell me why people should give a fuck about undocumented immigrants? What harm are they doing? So upstanding citizens who have been here for years, sometimes decades, should be kicked out because of paperwork? What fucking benefit is that?

They are one of the least likely demographics to commit crimes, especially violent crime. They pay tens of billions of dollars in taxes every year and GET NOTHING IN RETURN.
