He's still the Oscar winner I have come to count on (pun intended). There's been some bumps in the road, but this guy is one of the calmest vendors I ever known! Received from him right around Xmas time

Oscar doesn't typically provide tracking for security reasons. I assume you either don't know about inform deliv, or your location makes it unavailable. I can tell you that in my many magazine subscriptions Oscar has always been truthful. I am sure he will take care of you. He has several times checked in with me after receiving just to make sure everything was good. I think he may be the only vendor that has ever followed up like that. I am sure that is how he discovered that your pack was lost. He probably went to ensure you received it and learned that he needed to reship. Hopefully, you haven't had to wait too long. It really sucks waiting. It's the worst part of this whole process. We are all at the mercy of the carriers.

Thanks so much for the info, and yes am new to this so now I see why tracking is usually not given. Oscar seems like a stand up guy.

Now I think I have one lost in transit as well. Not happy with the 4 letter fuckwads. @Perfect Meds please respond to my email. I need this reading material as soon as possible. I'm trying to be patient and understanding, but it's not easy when I have spent everything and now I'm stuck with a package that seems to just stop being scanned 3-4 days ago and another that hasn't even been dropped off yet. I donated almost a week ago

Carrier did the same shit to me last time. Then all of a sudden it showed the last 3 days of nothing outta no where and got delivered. Your probably ok

Yes I did receive this package that was not updating. Thanks for sharing. It suddenly reappeared the day of delivery.

I'm still waiting on one that's in pre-shipment though
 
yeah idk what’s going on. I ordered one and it was supposed to be sent the next day. It’s been a week and it’s not in pre shipment or anything. Talked to him a few times and he says it’ll be the next day. It’s unusual for PM/oscar, I use him all the time For large and small reads. He’s always been top notch,

Still waiting on 2nd subscription. I only received 1of 2 and the other has been waiting for acceptance by 4 letter friends since for 4 to 5 days. Idk what's going on because I am getting total radio silence from Oscar. I don't believe I sent him to any emails or I've been too much of a pain in the ass considering I'm sure other people would have sent him 10 by now I've sent like three asking when I should expect an update and I cannot get a response from him. It's beginning to trouble me very much, especially because the mag I needed ASAP is the one in limbo. This is very much unlike Oscar.

I was about to order again from PM even after the last month long wait. I will say though Oscar made it right and did me a solid on something sent to compensate. But reading the recent posts I’m highly uncertain about ordering again until things look more reliable. I like Oscar and their publications. But as we all know there is issue that is difficult to deal with.

You promised tracking for Monday after your vacation and you never sent it to me. I need this resolved ASAP.

I believe a refund is in order. You've had my funds for long enough and if you can't get my subscription through due to OPSEC then please issue a refund. It's been too long and I've been very patient based on others here vouching for you. Once this is resolved I will update everyone here with positive feedback. Thank you.
