Hey guys,

‘so I ordered vitamins on 11/28 and still haven’t received. Odd but my last shipment took a while too. Maybe just got caught up in holiday traffic? Doc has never failed for me though... but what’s up with the site?? It says under maintenance?

As said, I wouldn't worry too much, this isn't unusual.

@RRR336has happened before, he is on break for the holidays until the 3rd of Jan.  Im sure he'll be back in full force new years. i too have an order that was shipped after thanksgiving but plenty of time before christmas, took a while to process but finally did and shipped out so hopefully a review is coming soon !

Still though, I know he said he was taking a holiday... but he also said feel free to order while he’s away. The site just says under maintenance. I tried emailing home but got a domain error. And I still haven’t gotten my vitamins from 11/28.... I’m feeling dismayed guys. I don’t doubt Doc at all. But I’m beginning to worry that something happened to him or his business.

                                                               received on   December 28th!

Hello all, just received an order from Doc. I can't remember when I ordered but got an e mail out of the blue saying it had been shipped on 12-16 and I received today 12-28 in perfect condition. I am in the SE USA. Pretty fast time I would say for the holiday's. Very happy camper here...Roll Tide

Yes email still bounces....I can't even send a email to see if it's ok to order until he comes back.  I have had excellent service before this.

One thing bizarre... I use a pseudonym as the addressee on my shipments. Someone wrote by hand on the letter:   New?? 12-18-17..... ........ What does that mean?

Ordered on the 9th of Dec. Shipped on Dec 13th. Received December 30th in SE US. Great turn around during the busy holiday mail cycle. This was my first order and I was very impressed with this vendor.

I will add if you have an order you are waiting for- I also ordered an item about a week or so earlier from Doc and have yet to get the letter, I know he shipped but I'm sure it's one of those fluke things where it's just taking longer, with Customs it's always a coin toss-Doc's always been reliable with great communication and quality IMO! Also some are talking about him being unreachable- he did notify a few customers of a vacation awhile back, just thought I'd add that

Does anyone know whats going on with the PPE2U site? The site is down! Says suspended and site under maintenance.  I know he is away until January 4th. I have sent emails and received no response. And not just to the site email. If anyone gets a answer let us know. And if i do i will post the update A.S.A.P.!

I hear that, my other order shipped December 6th (that one my bank had declined due to International or something and I had to say It's OK-then Doc had to try again, he's so nice about it seriously. 

So you are not alone, I am waiting on one from Jim Nov 27 ship date and Dec.6 from Doc I'm thinking whomever was working during that Holiday rush time has them in a bin somewhere taking Forever- I've always expected at least 30 days for both of these, I'm not thinking that they are 'missing' yet I've had one from Jim Pop up looking very beat up after 48 days(everything was alive and well-I think there was a boot print on it) 

I got shorted by another Vendor this past week and I'm going to have to place ANOTHER order from somewhere close and spend a fortune if those lovely letters don't hop in my mailbox! I did not stockpile and now I'm paying $$$$ Literally

I really think Doc may have shut down the site while he's Off-that would be a hot mess to come back to and new customers wouldn't understand why he is taking so long (just my Opinion) I'm an Optimist tho- Let's be keeping the glass half full

Sorry I just saw that- I seriously wait 60 days before thinking these are lost- it's not uh like Speed Ship so it takes longer, With the Holiday Crazy in there-I think a lot vendors and other members would agree that 60 days is not a shock- I hope it pops up! And Mine too! If I spend a small fortune to get another order fast= I'll get my letter the next day- that's always how it works, Good Luck Everyone I'll update on mine if it shakes loose

RRR336, I have a feeling your stamps will be coming soon...I also heard that he is on a little vacation which could be the reason the site is down.   I emailed him as soon as I got mine and the email bounced back.  I chalk it up to him on vacation.  Doc always told me 'patience'.  You will get, imo, a late xmas present.

That means someone sorting at your local post office (or the delivery person) that actually knows your real names at your address noticed the fake name and was curious if the package was really yours...  Not a big deal...
