Do they have the same issues that TTM had with payments being declined? That was the reason I stopped using them, way before all the issues seen last month.

I've put an order is but if he is still struggling with his backlog I may request that he cancel it.

I don't think so as long as your payment method doesn't block international. But I never had a problem with anything being straight up declined. Doc is the man when it comes to communication so I wouldn't worry.

Mines doesn't block international as such but it always blocked TTM so I always had to go through days of hassle just to order. Would be good to get a UK answer if possible.

Hopefully he sticks it through Monday and I know either way. I know he has a backlog of reships but I hope that doesn't bang me straight to the back of the queue. 

Like someone said earlier, you need patience in this game.

Ks@lols are defo stronger than Mylans but I really like the footballs for some reason. 6 months ago 2 of them knocked me out haha. Would need 30 of them to do that now buthat 4-6mg helps with major panic attacks so I know they do what they are supposed to do. The zombie like state lasted less than a week for me!

Doc was speaking to me via email for 2 days then payment was taken from my account yesterday and bam, no more replies since. I really hope he is just busy because if I don't hear back from him soon I will do a charge back.

Really don't want to as he seemed so nice, his menu is great and prices are amazing.

I've made plenty of orders from Doc and they've always arrived, except during the orders from late Feb and March which affected TTM as well. I've read people are getting orders through now, so I wouldn't worry about it so much. Give it a couple of weeks and they'll arrive.

It's just the fact that he was very chatty until the payment cleared and then went silent on me. TTM could get a letter to me in 5 working days so hopefully doc is roughly the same.

I made my order on 30/4 so we are already on day 6 with no confirmation that anything has been posted. One of the biggest things for me in a vendor is clear communication. Ill put it down to him being busy due to recent postal issues.

If I make another order and it goes the same way I doubt he will be one of my go to guys. Ill give him the benefit of the doubt just now though. 

I just want to know when it's on its way.

Great communication with Doc, he always replies quickly to emails and questions politely. As to @Solid Snoop What your saying is very unlike Doc in only the couple times I've dealt with him. Hopefully it works out for your and hes just busy trying to catch up.

I've emailed doc about the back log of re ships and how everything is running their end and if I should hold off for now. If he's as honest as he says hopefully he'll reiterate or at least not give *that* generic response. My gut is telling me to hold off until there's a clearer thread. His prices are reasonable and has a couple of items I can't get in the east. I'd love to add this vendor but 'fool me once shame on you, fool me twice....eh que awkward G. DUBYYA. Bush silence'??

I made an order with Doc back in early march before I came to these forums and realized there were problems at SAPO. I then emailed him with my concerns about the shipping problems. He was very polite and explained the situation to the best of his knowledge.  Just yesterday I contacted him again about a possible reship but haven't heard back yet.  I'm sure he's been swamped with emails.

Like Mcsorley said I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt for now because I believe he's a stand-up guy, only time will tell.

Happy to see we now have a separate thread for ppe2u 

They've began re shipping to everyone. It took some time as they're a favorite. I've been told we've been sent..so just give him a minute as there must be a back load of orders.

I received my 50% reship from 3/9 order today.  Reshipped 4/26.  It was a long ride, but I'll order again when I'm sure things are flowing smoothly.
