They can, but not proceed have a 10 post discussion about it and then mention goods from another vendor who aren't here anymore. There are other sections for that. Vendor threads = Reviews and direct questions about the vendor. "Rules" were never implied. Keeping the vendor threads clean and tidy with the above let's members like you and I make informed decisions about what to order. I had the same problem. Doc had to use another email to message me because my email account was blocking his address. Couldn't receive new password.Has anyone had trouble logging into the site ? It keeps saying my password or username wrong - so I've emailed a few times and not gotten a response...BUT - I was able to get in Sunday and make an order - they charged me - but I never got a email regarding the order.............Doc on holiday??
Well.....I guess I will have to create a GMail account to get the password.....I am in a pickle cause I know he already charged my credit card and the very next day was when my password suddenly stopped - awfully strange - I just wanted to log in to see my progress on the shipping statusI had the same problem. He said to start using gmail, so I picked another company instead.
Never had an account blocked for other places who use the same email as doc.

That makes me feel better, I am waiting for an order from Nov. 11I received an order yesterday that I made 3 weeks ago. I hadn't been able to track it, or log into "my" account.
It's happened to me before, as well. You're not screwed. The way I fixed it was to did through trash bin and reply to an existing email convo rather than creating a new. I can tell you, though, I've never dealt with that address you just posted. Perhaps the site has support link. This thread may also have email add's posted near the beginning.. not sure.Well I guess I am screwed
