Finally received. most of my medicine which I got are broken and crushed to powder.  

Definitely a bummer when one of the meds I got was a lil pricey.

one of my meds which I got was about 4-5 pills short.

Until Doc and company learn a better way of packaging to prevent crushing of the pills and does not short the count, I will be not be a returning customer. Overall I'm disappointed .

I am sorry about your experience. 

I was wondering if you got today based on similar time of order.

  I also received today - I also bought something loose but I lucked out  and things were intact ( I guess "this time" based on how you received )

I should re-count the loos'ies.    I hate hearing that your stuff was crushed,  especially if you were running low and were anticipating.   I'd be upset too

Possible if you email him he can send missing pills ?  I've heard some  of these guys will do things to keep you around as a customer....

Was a large order and most of the pills were crushed/dust. Not sure if this is something they will fix since they could just blame it on the shipper but their packaging is terrible so I'm pinning this on them. I've ordered much larger quantities from other vendors and usually get at least 95% in tact. I'd say roughly 3/4 are damaged/dust so I'm not even sure if I got the proper quantities. I'll ask them about it and update if they do anything to fix the issue.

I feel your frustrations .  a majority of mine were crushed (some complete dust) including the most expensive pills.. I considered contacting Doc. But I figured I'd take the hit and lay low from ordering from them for a bit.

Shipped 11/11  I am still waiting, I sent an email to Doc Sunday night, still have not heard back.  SE USA

 
Doc can be a little slow sometimes at emailing back but he will, just give him a couple days.  His ship times are usually to the states anywhere from 10-14 days.  So I think you should take snoops advice and just wait cuz of the holidays.  Everything is taking much longer, hell my mail man is getting me my mail till after 7 pm

just be patient.. if it shipped on the 11th, you probably have a huge delay from Turkey day break and the pick up of xmas. I'm crossing my fingers and toes hoping you get it...

anxiety and impatience sux..... I'm pulling for it to arrive soon.. worst thing ever though is waiting bout 2 months to find a LL letter 

 
Finally got order shipped 24th. Worth the wait as vitamins are excellent!  I'll be back soon.

Just an update, doc said they would replace the damaged goods on my next order. Going to place another order to see how it goes.

received 1/9  

About 20 % crushed or chipped.  Items work.  Total time frame 27 days-a tad long but this was over the big holiday drops.
