It happens from time to time. I was in the same place & had mail bounce back. All I can say is chill as worrying won’t change anything and I would bet that you get a nice surprise soon enough. The site was down 8 days and mails bouncing back but then it reappeared again.

Please don’t worry. This vendor is sound as a bell and you will get your gifts. I’m afraid it’s all a part of the “ business” we choose to work within. Please don’t worry. I’m positive all will work out just fine

I want to see posts back on topic, I've said already this happens from time to time and is normal! Reviews and direct questions only.

Shipped: 9/06

Received: 9/26

Is it not strange that all of us in different parts of the country received our 9/6 on the same days?

Just something I noticed that I thought was odd
Nevermind about this being odd. I thought it was at first... but obviously it’s not. International mail coming in from different points.

Anyways just to stay on topic let me reiterate:

shipped: 9-06

received: 9-26

everything accounted for. Nothing broken. Another success.

   Shipped  :  9-06

   Received :  9-27

Usually takes 14 days.  21 days this go around. Weather .....hurricanes.

   Right on Doc

I was able to send a message through the ppe2u.com contact page the other day when the site was briefly back online (confirming the order I placed the day the site went offline was received... it was), and I've just got this info from Doc in an email:

Our site was down but there is good news! The PPE site is up again but our web (domain) address has changed to:http://ppe2u.netcontact email: info@ppe2u.netMy sincere apologies about the site being down for 3-4 days but please let all members on the forums know about the new details above. All orders received before the site went down are now being processed urgently as well as all new orders that we receive.I appreciate your support very much in getting the word out there and apologies again.Best regards as always,Doc
EDIT: It's using the SSL certificate for the .com domain, which might prompt a security warning, but I was able to login and see my orders just fine.

My order was placed just before the site went down, I will advise when I receive my shipment. Also, can any of the Mods, confirm the new web address, PP2U.net ?

Um.....I don't think so. ppe2u.COM still gives the "can't connect" message. The "new" site is called ppe2u.NET and gives some horseshit warning that this site may be fraudulent (see attachment). Ignoring the warning and continuing the the fraud site, then clicking on the "My Account" link, takes you back to the ppe2u.com site and gives you the "can't find the server" message.

So long ppe2u, it's been nice knowing you.

Man, I'm just glad I got my shipment yesterday.

Let me know when it's back up with out the warnings....I'm not going NEAR that place until it's fixed.

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend anyone place any new orders just yet. There is always the possibility that the .com went offline due to a hack. I'm keeping an eye on my e-wallet account, hopefully payment for my order will be taken tomorrow for the correct amount and issued by the usual merchant. If so I'd be more than happy to place another order through the .net domain, but only when they sort out the SSL certificate.

I'll keep people updated.

I'm new to this forum but was a long standing member of another. I was one of the first to order from doc and have continued for the past few years.  Doc is a solid person. This time around was a little longer for me but had to have been due to the wild weather in my area.

Shipped: 8/31

Received: 9/28

Ok so I'm confused, I can not get a web page to open through .com or .net, are we to place orders through email only at the the info...address?  Or has there been another glitch with the site page as I see some have been to the site as recently as today?  I've been away from the forum all week so trying to catch up - thanks in advance

BTW meant to mention last transaction was ship 9/6 in hand 9/19

As originally posted by milex a little earlier in this thread - the below was communicated to that member by Doc directly regarding the status of the site domain, including email.  I would be patient as other members have already stated.  I have used Doc for over a year and he always comes through.
