FWIW, Order placed 10/06/17, email saying item shipped on 10/15/17, as of today (11/03), still no receipt.

 
Things start to get slower this time of year folks so I wouldn't get too concerned. Allow up to 4 weeks for your booklets.

Sadly, this may be my last order from this vendor. I can’t access his website from the great white north. 

 
 Hi:  I placed an order early October and  tracked  it  via my banking account on October 13. My great mistake was to not go back and check in docs end  if the order was posted as sent. There is no trace of the order at all in their site. However I have sent an email detailing with proof that the order was placed and the money taken out of my bank.   Do you think my showing proof will be enough? Or should I just go ahead and re-order? Thanks! 

 
Okay review time. 

What I love about this vendor is that he accepts CC and I’m always at 2 weeks for shipping. Also packaging and expiration.

What I don’t love... I find some of the products weak. I got generic T3. Last time it was as expected. This order I’m not getting anything out of it. I’ve previously tried other pK’s and also found them ineffective. 

 
ordered 10/17... shipped 10/19.... received 11/6.... Southeast USA. 

Have an order outstanding as  processing  since  5 days ago. Seams processing time is slowing a bit. 

 
I got a fast response from the doc about best prepaid credit card to use that was yesterday he was very helpful and sent a list of all the best or most common NB cards people use from the UK ,,☺

 
I had a short shipment about two months ago, emailed Doc who said resent on Sept 8th. Still not here and Doc’s emails bounce back. At what point to I give it up or do to a Moderator? It’s been two months since the reship of a small order. What do I do now?

I would try contact via a different email provider. Some providers don't work well with his, and bounce now and again. Though also check your spam, it's been known mails ending up there. Reading the past few psgrsy there have been some site issues, also check you have the up to date site address. I edited first post accordingly a few weeks back.

If you're sending emails to the .com address they will bounce back, the .com site went down about September 25th and changed to ppe2u.net about a week later. So make sure you're sending your emails to info@ppe2u.net

I have again received a successful delivery. The quality of my goods is great! I'm surprised about the fast delivery.
This time only 8 days!!!! (Very very fast!)

My order was shipped 10/15 also. Just arrived today, Nov 13th, west coast USA. Delay in mail from Veteran's Day most likely. All 3 items secure in blister packs. Just in time too, I'm in the process of moving so this helps.
