Problem with delivery

I ordered from my favorite vendor in a section I can't post in. Paid for next day and everything was fine. Checked my choice and it landed in the nearest airport and then vanished.  After it didn't arrive I called and inquired and now it shows investigating missing package.  

Now I feel stupid giving them my real phone number for the scarf I ordered. 

Any thoughts?  

 
hum, i would call them and say you think you made a mistake...that you must of received it and ur kid popped it in the trash by mistake...ugh kids..lol

or just keep quite and see how it plays out..

i never delt with this but im guessing here..

gl with how it turns out though.
