PROTOCHEM BULK RC SUPPLIER

I made an order on March 7th and it arrived on the 19th. Mostly everything was great, the product was S+ and exactly what I expected.

However I ordered 1G of test sample of the ethyl mag, and 1G of the new OPI. I got 2Gs of the ethyl mag, but I would have liked the new OPI. I would send this via email but I don’t have access to it tonight but - I hope they’re willing to send a G of OPI at sample prices, I’m willing to pay for it. I would also take a sample of ISO NTZNE, or both.

Like I said I’ll send an email when I’m on it, besides that it’s been a great experience!
I offered to pay for a re-order and ship and proton369 said "no payment required, and they will fix it."
Great vendor, responds lightning fast and is very polite! I will likely mostly be ordering from them in the future.

Damn, when I was inquiring about a sample order when this thread was first made, I was told $350 WAS the sample. Not any chance of trying anything for free/shipping costs!
 
I'm confused. I contacted this vendor and they specifically said they can't send opis to the US, but they still seem to be promoting otherwise. Has everyone who had ordered something from this genre been outside of the US...?

Ordered March 7th received it 19th. Stealth was great, don’t know what much to say about courier service, but they gave me tracking so I could see the whole time.

My friend interested in finding Cychlorphine and SPIROCHLORPHINE. Can that be arranged also would love to find 2c-I friend but I know that may be hard.
 
No complaints whats so ever order arrived about 2 weeks after receiving tracking. This was from China to Ireland, using a transit country, which they vendor help organize an so be aware that this is availble for EU customers, and helps a great deal. Customer service was excellent throughout, looking forward to sampling the product and ordering form these guys again!

The tracking number I was given has to be tracked through a custom portal, and isn’t recognized by 17track or any other tracking service. Not saying he’s playing me, but that is a pretty big red flag. I’ll update but proceed with caution for the time being.
It will be fine friend. Special line is always custom portal for tracking. When you receive it , all I ask for is honest review.

I would also like to ask future clients , if there is any question regarding your order please feel free to reach out to us by email and we will provide you with the information you require , sometimes jumping straight to comments and conclusion can cause confusion for many. We intend to deceive nobody so we are not worry and provide full transparency but sometime better to contact us privately if you have questions rather than publicly posting "" pretty big red flag " without the knowledge of the shipping procedure. We take pride in our work and everyone will see that this was not a red flag. We don't need to say much, we will let the work show itself. If there is any customs issue we will reship but that is known part of this business.

Ok guys here’s my review.

Communication- Dude was respectful (unlike some vendors), answered any questions in a timely manner, had a good grasp of English.

Shipping- Never had a package come so fast from this kind of vendor. Less than a week from payment to touchdown. Around 4 days from drop off to door. Opsec was good.

So let me get this straight, did you wait at all (like longer than 16 hours) to see if it showed up on the 17track? I went and looked and didn’t see it immediately, so I waited a day and then it was there. They were also kind enough to send me tracking through a custom portal, so in the instance I had no patience I could see it there.
I didn’t give you the wrong address I asked if I could change it. I told you it was completely fine if not. You said it was fine. So again you’re trying to portray me as an idiot. I hope everything lands fine, and if it does, I’ll leave an honest review, but as far as ordering in the future I’ll look elsewhere. I’ve also sent you 3 emails with no response. Didn’t want to have to do this here.

I hope dude is legit. For some reason he took it personally that I said it’s a red flag that I have to use a custom tracking terminal. Now I can’t even get an email reply. Starting to think I just lost $700 and a drop. What a shame.
Maybe they aren’t emailing you back because you’re being rude, impatient and spamming them with emails. They’re shipping from across the world dude, give them a little time or leeway.

And throughout this whole thread they’ve been polite and trying to help you with your various self-created issues. I treated them with respect and patience, and they treat me with respect in turn. because I did get 2Gs of a product, so it would be fair of them to ask for payment for the other sample, but they said don’t worry they’ll take care of it. I don’t even want to be a dick to you, but you’re harming the reputation of a vendor that has nothing to deserve it and I feel the need to speak up.

Try being patient and respectful next time. Everybody makes mistakes - fears of being scammed are obviously warranted but your “evidence” of it is weak. And as to them not emailing you back, I wouldn’t really want to email you either so I don’t blame them.

Next time maybe sit down with a cup of relaxing tea before going on tirades about scams designed in your mind.
 
I appreciate all the support from the community. I wish the client well wishes also. I was only writing on here to clarify there is no red flags because it can be misunderstood by potential clients even when there was no wrong doing. I hope everyone is having a good day and soon we will have a menu update so we can offer our clients and partners more products !
