Where is the proof you got scam? I send you a free reship of your product which is on the way and you call it a scam? You receive the tracking on June 30, not 3 week ago? Why lie? Before you order the initial product you are saying was inactive, I told you that there was already some complaint because we source for you from a third party because it was not a product we carry. You said to me you would like to take the risk anyway even though you were informed before hand because you could not source the mag. It was also only a sample order for 10g. If we were scam why we scam for sample? We fulfill orders worth much more and we honour our word.

I have proof of all of our communications. Including the new tracking information send to you days ago for the reship. I decided to even send you reship after you decide to take risk on your own. We did not have to reship anything because you already received the initial product but we still do reship to give you good experience with our service.

You are not a honourable person and we will not do business with you in the future. You have lost us as a mag supplier. People like you are the reason why good vendors have a hard time to trust buyers.

You sound extremely paranoid. Tracking numbers always take time to get processed before they "work" from my experience and you're claiming he tried to "set you up"? lol Couldn't even get him to send out mags to my region until he was sure his people could do it because he wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any problems. I think this is either a misunderstanding, you being paranoid or something else.

If you have question about tracking then message us and ask about it and we can solve it with the carrier. The new tracking of reship was send to you for FREE. So how did we scam free sample? The reship was send June 30th. How is this 3 week? Can you explain this? You have proof of 2 payment made to us? You have not proof about anything?

The truth is you are trying to spread misinformation because you are trying to tarnish our business and reputation. I will not reply to you anymore unless you provide solid proof. Which you do not have because you are making story.

I am incredibly impressed by all of the positive reviews. I am stuck trying to decide between subscribing to two different vendors. Unfortunately, I can't just try both due to MOQs and the funds that would require.

So, can some of you let me know about how long I should expect shipping to take (I live in SW United States). I am a patient subscriber so long as I know what to expect. Assuming that the carrier does not cause any delays (big assumption. I know), should I expect it to take around 10 business days? Within 14 business days? Has it taken substantially longer for anyone (for a reason that can't be blamed on the carrier)? Does it change depending on the product?

First subscription will be for ODSMT MOQ if that helps with the answer.

As I said, I am patient, I just like to know how patient I need to be and whether I should plan to place an order somewhere else to ensure that I don’t run out.
