There is a website I used to use to obtain research chemicals that operate and ship from here in the US.

That website was proximoresearch.com   ... at some point in 2021, that website was taken down. a couple of months later a new one popped up as proximoresearchs.com (the same just adding an 's' to the end of the site.

I spoke to them (with the S) about wanting to make an order... some things struck me as odd... they had vastly more chemicals for sale, all of which can be used for human consumption because the FDA has not declared them illegal yet, Also, they no longer accepted payment through Credit cards, or Zelle... only BitCoin. I had a lengthy text back and forth with this person, trying to give him a chance to prove that they were in fact legit. Over and over i was given ridiculous excuses to where he finally said "we have so many orders to fill and we are busy, so if you don't want to order from us please move along. Funny, saying that after over 2 hours of texting combined to get me to send a grand total of $175. I can send the texts if you like.
Is there anything we can do to get this site shut down? I just don't know how that happens. Thanks!! I am just trying to avoid this asshole getting money from innocent people.
I'm not sure if it helps but his phone number is 1-830-240-9239

Gulf Coast Chems is the New Proximo Research. Ordered from them and got great stuff today. But be warned about that scammer asshole!!

THanks!

I'm pretty sure anyone using the prox name now is a scam site. gulfcoastchems dot com is the same person's new site.

..I stumbled across GCC over a week ago and put in an order for 2 items. Payed with Zelle on a Sunday afternoon and received the TN either Monday or Tuesday. Pack touched down Friday. Both books I ordered were exactly the types of stories I was expecting... someone on a similar topic was say GCC scammed him which was wierd.. Hopefully it was a misunderstanding and he ended up getting his reading material bc I thought GCC seemed pretty legit.

I'm fairly certain I got took by this clown also. I should've researched more so can't really complain. Just adding my bit. Placed my order early last week and have heard absolutely nothing in regards to this. I get no response when attempting to contact multiple ways. Take heed indeed.

Are people really Still getting scammed by this dude?  Seems like he has been scamming for about 2 years now!

  1. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: whereas if I use fiat to buy something the money is green anyway. Monero does this really well. Anyway rant over, you can DM me if you'd like to talk more about cryptos.
  2. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: I don't really think that people understand the whole point of cryptos in the first place anymore. BTC just won't be adopted by governments because the transactions are too public and what's worse, money that is freshly minted is better than money that has been used. Like if my btc was used for something that was illegal does that mean the money is "poisoned"?
  3. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: @xenxra Yeah, Like I said I've never really been that fond of btc, it isn't used as a currency, just as a place for people to invest money in, even though the whole purpose of btc was to be a currency. If it doesn't fulfill that role, what does? Monero certainly does.
  4. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: What's good guys! Just got back home. Missing football today :( Fuck the probowl lol
  5. shoutback @ shoutback: Volkanovski is the greatest featherweight of all time. Better than Aldo or Holloway at their peaks.
  6. S @ sawganaut: I bet btc bottom is in
  7. D @ dragnetopher: No, I don’t think it. I know it. And it’s not just bitcoin, it’s all crypto. And like I said, they’re selling to acquire liquidity for when countries truly start utilizing what’s been set in place. The USD is under controlled demolition as we speak. This is all part of it.
  8. xenxra @ xenxra: there is no shortage of whales - https://tikolu.net/i/fmnru.png
  9. xenxra @ xenxra: tokenisation is not a plan its already been happening for months, ive been trading this whole move on silver through ethereum
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: you think whales are dumping bitcoin because of something everyone has known about for like 4 years? what does bitcoin liquidity have to do with trading tokenized assets? they don't have pooled liquidity.
  11. D @ dragnetopher: Whales are tanking BTC due to the fact that the future is coming now, literally. There’s a plan to tokenize every single asset possible. This is whales dumping so they can have liquidity for the Springtime.
  12. xenxra @ xenxra: @Gulp2788 this is a terrible spot to buy bitcoin haphazardly because it's going down another $5k -$7k if 80,000 doesn't hold. i told everyone to get the fuck out of bitcoin at $103k. it's better to buy late when the bottom is more certain than throw darts and act like the opposite outcome was unavoidable just because it went down "a lot" and everyone seems to be "freaking out". wait for it to get back over 85k
  13. xenxra @ xenxra: @aarons the last time i said monero was on discount in here it went up 5x in 3 months
  14. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: good opportunity to buy more btc if you are gonna do so imo, me I'm buying the btc to switch into better currencies
  15. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: bah politics, no need to worry BTC is a honeypot anyway
  16. fishladder @ fishladder: down since trump
  17. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: btc has been hovering around 90k for a year everyone is freaking out tbh I am laughing
  18. shoutback @ shoutback: Wow wasn't btc just at 120K or something?
  19. shoutback @ shoutback: Also 1.Usyk 2.Inoue 3.Crawford top 3 and anyone thinks anything else they are crazy
  20. shoutback @ shoutback: So what? No fight fans here?
