I am not the vendor, they are a solid company and do right by me so I shared them around. I started the thread here so I come in and maintain it by answering questions and updating changes that I become aware of, and somehow everyone thinks I own Proximo Research. I talked to Brad over at Proximo and he said they will make an official account and setup their vendor status here. Having to explain this to him made me feel foolish, but i dont want my account here banned since i use it alot to order from other vendors. If pumping vendors that you like is against the rules then i apologize, I just thought that is what we are all here for.

 
Even when you double down it's obvious...maybe ESPECIALLY when you double down.....Its amazing all it took for a clearnet vendor who doesn't want to affiliated with a consumption-talk-ridden-forum to join up as a vendor was for a random customer to worry about getting banned  :81_joy_cat: :81_joy_cat: :81_joy_cat: .  But seriously, take the 1P off the site ffs.

I've ordered from these guys plenty of times and I have found that they are very professional and return e-mails very quickly and I have always gotten my magazines I would give their articles 4/5.  always been there for me when I needed them in the past

Ive been around since you actually got real magazines from palmiradrugstore. Cheap magazines too.. I gave this vendor 5 stars

 
Yeaj i just got my second order. My first therre wss an issiue with the shipper but proximo made it right. Just had another order arrive cane in 3 days no complaints here andni was skeptical at first but hes done right by me so far

@DoomKitty I had never seen "ffs" before, and I didn't think about the context when I saw "1P", so I was totally confused by this sentence.  Then I checked out the site, realized what you meant by "1P", and like 5 seconds later figured out "ffs"—gave me a good chuckle 🙂  I'll store that away for future use!

(And @Hazadardous1, no disrespect towards you intended here.  I got a laugh out of DK's abbreviation, and I though he might get a laugh out of my cluelessness.  If you get a laugh out of my cluelessness, too, so much the better 🙂 )

@Hazadardous1 Hahahaha—I was in the midst of writing back to you when you wrote that second post 🙂   But yeah, as I said, it puzzled me at first, too, and then once I got it I felt silly.  Maybe we're just getting old...

It actually has nothing to do with my account status, I don't think they care about that. After I told them they were missing a huge customer base by not being on the forums they said they would hook me up with freebies if I brought in customers (they under estimated forum presence). Now after they've had "a ton" of customers influx from this and other forums and I told him that their reputation is at stake due to my being to forward here, they actually care about this forum now. They had no idea what being on here would do for their business. 

 
Now you are denying being a vendor shill by admitting to being a non-vendor shill?!?! Repping a vendor as hard as you do so you can get freebies is shilling at its most shilliest.  Plus, now that you've admitted this vendor gives out freebies for positive reviews not many people are gonna trust the reviews in this thread.  Just stop please....

Shilling is "when you give credibility to a person or organization without disclosing a close relationship with them", I disclosed that I have been a customer of theirs for awhile and that they are from my area. What I have been doing is closer to affiliate work, giving good and honest reviews to help them out for a little extra on my orders. I thought it was obvious that we are from the same area when I got extremely concerned about the defamation that was occurring early in the thread, they are nice guys but I don't want to deal with them getting mad at me, I bump into them from time to time. Seems they will handle the forum stuff on their own at some point anyways now that they realize the value of an online presence. 

 
You failed to disclose that you receive freebies and you also failed to disclose that you literally know them.  You've lied so many times in this thread it's hard to count.  Again, please just stop.

They don't give out free stuff for reviews, my situation is different, they had no forum presence until I talked them into it one day. They actually scoffed at the idea at first, now they get significantly more business after being on the forums.

If you read my fist post, I clearly stated that a friend of mine hooked me up with them and that they were a local and word of mouth company, I also stated I was from their area. That same friend also introduced us later on at a party. The fact that I have met them a couple months ago and bump into them when I'm hanging out with my buddy doesn't mean I have any official ties to their company. I was literally just doing a good vendor a solid by driving some business their way. Their business practices speak for themselves. I will back away before getting completely railed about this. I apologize for bringing a good vendor to a great forum.

  20. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I think it was called vin Mariani. But yeah, it was all the rave back in the turn to the 20th century. Original formula Coca Cola did it for a while too. I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
