After 3 weeks, a bogus tracking, multiple excuses I can say 0/10. On all levels. This is a scam- now he’s saying that if it doesn’t get updated that next week he’ll refund me it’s been a month and a week by then what a joke

Shipping can be circuitous at times but given all the other factors here I think you should Flag @Admin so they can do what they can do, if you don't tell them they don't know, they can't read everything.

You are one of the other few who have ordered and you are the first to get back and you're saying you've been ripped.

The first issue is I need a functioning tracking number for my order to verify it has in fact been sent. Either that or a refund.

I would prefer a refund right now, as I'm not convinced my order was shipped, given the discrepancies of vendors account of the matter. If vendor wants to stay in the game he'll have to make good.

Functioning tracking number or refund now, nothing else will do. @purelychem

Like I said if package is not delivered this week then start of next week I will do a refund. Just because theres a delay doesnt mean it was'nt shipped.
