Yo, the Admin posted a little further up officially warning everyone, explicitly stating no more new subscriptions/subscribers should be placed with this vendor until issues are resolved.

Continued self-promotional posts by purelychem after the admin’s warning shows either a lack of understanding, miscommunication, negligence, or some combination of the above. You should really tread lightly, vëņdôř. You should not be accepting any additional new workload, and respectfully declining to accept new orders.

Ideally, this should free up essential resources that you need so that you may properly utilize them without being bogged down by current influx of new subs; starting with taking care of the backlog of issues you already have with orders. Take care of those who have been wronged/misled, not saying that’s the case- just saying all the issues that have arised and the reason(s) behind your actions to rectify them is moot at this point. No more excuses. If you’re a decent vendor at all (or aspire to be) this is no brainer.

If you can’t do this, automatic red flags go up, and everything you have said and done up to this point will be scrutinized, making it very easy to solidify the case against you as a scammer. However, mistakes happen, life events happen, if something is preventing you from making things right- just say something, ask for help by PMing admin/mods. Then maybe on this thread (I can’t say for sure as I’m not a mod but I have seen it time and time again) announce you’re going though personal things and you are stepping back temporarily but still open for personal contact to those subscribers with whom you’ve yet to settle up with.

Subscribers will remember this and you’ll likely have another chance be an author here. I’ve seen similar authors go thru way worse and redeem themselves, returning months- or years later. You’d be surprised at how many of them came back and became some of today’s current and past GOAT authors ;)

Tldr;
Purelychem can’t handle keeping up with current backlog. Admin warned to halt. Thread is not locked or banned so author should look at this as a second chance to make things right. People here are understanding and as long as you stay genuine, true to your word, and compensate those who need to be, rightfully so, the respect gained from that may come in handy more than you might have ever dreamed possible.

Thanks for this. Yes those who've had issues with orders will be resolved. But I am currently active and taking orders now for most products.

@purelychem - By email you said I'd get the tracking number and you'd let me know when order was shipped, then you effectively ghosted me after I asked for an update after 4 days. Then you said you'd keep tracking # to yourself for opsec reasons. Means I can't believe you nor prep for actual TD (if that is to happen) and have to up my opsec accordingly - is xtra risk/work to mine and time consuming. We've all got skin in the game.

Not keeping your word, and the ghosting might be just bad judgement (or overwork) or/and inexperience of this forum - like refusing samples at the start or posting questionable reviews, so I'll exercise the understanding @dw3bz refers to, because it is possible to come back from this but you can't expect to carry on the same, or as if nothing has happened.

I look forward to a timely resolution, delivery or refund by next week. And I will post an appropriate factual review here.

I'd also like to hear from @manny4 they got their refund, as you said theirs was seized.

Everything else I said earlier was under the presumption that perhaps you didn’t quite understand or may have missed what admin posted on your thread just a few posts up because I noticed your continued self-promo posts AFTER you were told by the admin to stop. Does that make sense?

What you should do next if you are confused/unsure about what this means:

  • Stop posting in your thread immediately
  • Stop accepting orders
  • Personally DM and/or email every single member who has an open order and let them know you will be getting in touch with them VERY SOON
  • Or if you have proof of package sent, immediately show them (tracking number)
    • ONLY EXCEPTION IS If it’s been less than 7 or 10 biz days since they have paid for order then technically I think you have the right to wait until the allotted time has passed. Double check FAQ/RULES post
  • Or if they want refund (again, check the timeline rule in FAQ/RULES) send them their refund
  • If they are willing to wait for you to send a package, confirm with staff first because technically you may not be allowed to, I am not sure.
  • Contact mod/admin (but you should go to FAQ/Rules topic for clarification or if all else fails, for sure scroll all the way down to bottom of website and click “Contact Us”) and say something along the lines of “I AM EXPERIENCING THIS, WHAT DO? WHO TALK TO? THX”

In hindsight, I was def too polite lol thank you @Heman and I agree w you completely. Basically I was, in the nicest way possible, trying to tell him to save himself and make things right if he ever wants a shot at this again. At least under his current alias. Hmm.

Now that I have read his follow ups to you and the other member, I don’t feel quite that pity-poor-newbie-vendor-in-the-weeds as I initially did. Hope you get your refund back like.. yesterday. Not whenever this supposedly super elusive top secret tracking number is safe to declassify for the general public… 🫠😑
