So I have been like a daily user of this substance and it has helped me immensely with my ADHD, I take lowish doses of around first plateau levels. 200-300mg in other words. I am concerned about long term health effects of doing this and until I get in with a psychiatrist to treat my adhd this self-medication will continue. Is there any supplements I should/can be taking to reduce the harm to my brain/body?

Magnesium blend
Blend of neuro protecting medicinal mushrooms
Lots of greens, meat, veggies and spring water
Sleep
