Most people are way too concerned about whether they'll get recognition for their hard work … instead of just doing the hard work itself.

You know what the best form of praise is?

The praise you get from yourself when you actually go out, do hard shit, and tackle your goals.

This is how you build your confidence...

This is how you build your self-esteem...

This is how you build your belief.

If you develop these things within yourself, you won’t need recognition or approval from anyone else.

You'll be able to look in the mirror and know you're a bad motherfucker whether someone pats you on the back or not.

Quit working for the recognition from others...

Start WORKING for the recognition from yourself.
