Quotes - How To?

I know I can be pretty stupid (sometimes), but I can NEVER quote someone. I click on "quote" underneath their "post" and I thought that would create the "grey square" with their words BUT I can never get it to work... I need a more visible thread I can post this to. We will see...

Huh, jules, I know what you mean. With procedures ....I clicked quote and yours came up , so dunno sometimes I have has similar issues and I just keep trying.
