My pack landed. Was SUPPOSED to be 10ml bromaz solution 5mg/ml, but it came literally preloaded in a 10ml syringe and it was just completely leaked empty…. Very upset about this. I reached out via email and he’s not responding. I did also receive 100mg bromaz powder which, although was definitely light, was FIRE. 100% not 100 mg in there. I didn’t scale it but I’ve ordered 100mg raws plenty of times and this was maybe half of what that usually lllkz like. I mean I blacked out for an entire day off of the tiniest eyeball scoop of powder. Shit was real deal. But I got robbed on the solution.. hopefully he answers HERE to make it right. I paid for a solution. I got a mess of a leaked syringe in a bag. Not sure who ships solutions preloaded in a syringe rather than a sealed vial container, just not smart and bound to leak @rareimportsus please respond and situate this I’ve emailed several times. Make this right and I’ll be a returning customer because your powder was great

so you got a 10ml solution... and a 100mg powder? why not make the powder into a solution and you would have extra mags.

There is ZERO reliability when it comes to visually estimating weight of any powder, especially at such a low amount. I don’t care who you are, how much “experience” you have with seeing this exact same compound in this exact amount. It’s just an unreal idea to even entertain.

Just due to how the substance was sitting, the granules themselves can be packed more tightly individually, leading to the assumption that it’s a lesser amount somehow.

No shit you blacked out from “the tiniest eyeball scoop of powder”… God only knows how much you actually did, and who knows how terribly that could’ve ended up. Anybody reading this: never do what they did.

And if Rare still haven’t replied to you about the 10mL syringe issue, just make a post in this thread every two days and tag them in it. Double and triple emailing vendors never works, and just causes more delays.

But I’ve had multiple forms of items shipped that exact same way before, there’s usually never a problem. That’s why they did it, because 99% of the time, it’s fine. I get you’re upset, and money is tight these days… but 10mL would be like what, $30 max? And you got 100mg of raw powder for free? Come on now…

I checked with the shipper and you were sent 250mg. You really should never attempt to dose benzos without a scale, or even with a scale if you are not volumetrically dosing. Make a PG or ethanol solution with properly scaled out powder.

We take quality complaints on a casebycase basis since obviously that is something that can't be verified. I took you at your word that the syringe leaked and was going to ship out a 10ml replacement of the solution but then you refused to send me a picture of the leaky syringe and bag and sent me several threatening emails demanding we immediately ship you a replacement with an additional free sample with express shipping so you would have it before the weekend. Your story does not make sense in the first place: you opened the bag, took .5ml of the solution, and then noticed the next day that it all had leaked out? And you claim that the sample of powder was light based on visual alone? These things make me assume that you are not discussing in good faith.
