The big picture, hope it's not too long a read.
Some guidance needed from experienced RC and/or Ph&rm& B3nz0 ex/users.
Looking for RC substitutes for L0r&z3p&m and D1&z3p&m that I use only to maintain a sense of normality.
I know we're talking about RC's and any suggestions would be based on anecdotal evidence/experience (which I highly value). I'm relatively new to RC's so the responsibility is all mine and I'd love to hear your experience/suggestions.
Context : I've been depressed for over 60 years, as long as I can remember. From the earliest I would self medicate with all the wrong stuff, but it had to be done - what can I say, got into the game early, just not much besides booze, gr&ss, c0k3 and L$D, and stopped it all many years ago.
Then, after more years just enduring depression rise and fall I asked the doc about anti depressants and we went through a whole series of them and nothing worked for more than a few days so I gave up on them - it was just a hammering I couldn't take any more. I also got scripted for &t1v&n for sleep (as needed) and had a a box of 5m&g V&l1um from whenever for the same, neither of which I touched until recently.
So it was back to just sucking it up - no escape, just the occasional beer - and did my exercises, developed/kept at interests/work and practiced meditation a lot.
Recently the depression came back worse and just got too much and I was overwhelmed and couldn't sleep and decided to use what works for that. .5-1m&g (depends on time of month) L0r&z3p&m to sleep and for anxiety. Found 5m&gs D1&z3p&m worked for the overwhelming emotion of the depression, both taken the same time last thing at night.
I rarely take anything during the day, only if needed, and never for recreational - I will/do other for the occasional mild recreational.
So ... Currently taking .5-1m&g L0r&z3p&m at night for sleep 6 - 8 hrs, also works well for general anxiety. I also take 5m&gs D1&z3p&m to keep negative emotion/depression from overwhelming me.
I've been doing this for 6mts and it works well enough, keeps the mental/emotional manageable, trouble is I am on a limited income and this stuff is expensive (to me) and hard to get in any quantity to my fortress island, so what I want to do is find RC substitutes for both these m3ds.
I'm thinking Br0m0n0rd1&zep&m to sub for D1&z3p&m, maybe - bc I saw @tiquanunderwood mention in his ongoing taper. But I'm not sure about subbing for L0r&z3p&m, thought maybe r1lm&z&f0ne bc I read a little about it.
Someone suggested I read up on KRM-II-81 but it made no sense to me - I was never a student - literally - but I'll look again in case something hits me.
If you can help, great. Would love to get some feedback/suggestions on this to help me find my feet with this issue.
